Make Him Happy

And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, He was hungry:
And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, He came, if haply He might find any thing thereon: and when He came to it, He found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet. Mark 11:12-13

Jesus says we are the branches and are to abide in Him, the Vine (John 15:1-6). And Paul writes in Romans 7:4 that we are to bring forth fruit. Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to Him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.
So think about this.... Is Jesus finding the kind of fruit He desires on in His people. Or is He finding us dry and not bringing forth the fruit He longs for?
How often Jesus does indeed find us like this. And, believe me, I'm including myself from this list.
As Christians this should not be so.
The Bible tells us what the fruit of the spirit is....  But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. (Gal. 5:22-23).

These are the things we as Christians should be striving to live out. Sadly, so often we don't.

We also need to do the things God has for us to do (dreams, ect). Step out and do those things God called us to do as well.

Friends, I want to encourage all of us to make God happy in the fruits were bringing forth.

Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
Looking unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
For consider Him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

Heb. 12: 1-3

Please, Help us.

For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: Eph. 5:8

I had a dream about human trafficking last night. I woke up resolved to do something. Ya'll, Jesus said to be Lights. Let's.

The characters in this story are purely fictional. Although, so many cases like these are happening in the world today.
Please, help us.
Hi. I’m 8 years old. Like most little girls I don’t play with dolls or eat way too much sugar. I don’t cuddle on my daddy’s lap and my momma doesn’t do my hair.

Why? Because I’m a victim to human trafficking.

I’m not like most girls my age, I don’t have that simple innocence about my age. I was exposed to things that normal eight year old girls haven't been.

I’m older beyond my years.

Hi. I’m a 11 year old boy. I’m not like most boys my age, I don’t run and play all the time. I don’t have loads of energy and dream-well yeah, I do dream a lot about hunting and getting away from this. I’m so hurt and messed up.

Why? Because I’m a victim to human trafficking.

Hi. I’m a 14 year old girl. I didn’t start high school and I can’t look forward to all the new friends I’ll make. I didn't get my first phone a year ago and I don’t post cute pictures on Instagram. My life is a living hell.

Why? Because I’m a victim to human trafficking.

Hi. I’m a 18 year old girl. I did go to high school and the first two years were great. I did have friends, I had fun, I felt free. But the other two years weren’t so well. He stole my heart and lied to me. Now I don’t know if I’ll ever find a way out. I’m so dead inside.

Why? Because I’m a victim to human trafficking.

Hi. I’m a 21 year old man. I didn’t have the pride swelling up inside me when I turned such an important age. I didn’t have my mom and dad telling me they were proud of me. I wanted to be happy but the life my mom had trapped me into when I was just a little boy made it impossible.

Why? Because I’m a human trafficking victim.

We need your help. Yes. You.

You may wonder what you can do, you might be young and don’t have a lot of means.

 But you can do something.

 What?

You can donate money to organizations and get involved with them. You can spread the word. How? So many people have talents. Raise awareness. Sing songs. Write books and articles. Use your voice. Use the social media you do have. Be aware yourself.

And mostly importantly. Pray. For. Us. Pray for our peace and comfort. Pray for our deliverance. Pray that Jesus will wrap His loving, graceful arms around us. Pray that through this all we can learn to trust in a God that won’t let go.

We need your help? Will you give it?

Millions are being trafficked every day, many times a day. Please. Let’s stand against this.

A little message for ya'll

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6-7
Hello friends!! Jesus is amazing! And know His grace reaches to the hurting. You may feel utterly alone but you're not for He is with you, And, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. (Matt. 28:20.) You may feel like no one knows how you feel but Jesus does.I encourage you to get acquainted with the One who felt everything you are feeling on the cross but Who also nailed it to the Cross so you don't have to carry it anymore! And. That's. Amazing!

Now the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all. 2 Thess. 3:16

T.R.U.S.T.

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Psalm 91:1-2

Trust. Its hard sometimes. And trust sometimes wavers. Even our trust in God. Right?
Well it shouldn't, should it?
Our trust in God should be steadfast. It's a wonder to me why we don't trust Him all the time. For He is so good. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: He that keepeth thee will not slumber. Psalm 121:3
Let's think about this for a moment.
God created a perfect world. Men sinned but God had a plan for man if they sinned. Jesus. Throughout history people sinned and turned away from God no matter how much He did for them. But when they cried into Him, He heard, He did answer, and He showed mercy. Then He sent Jesus. He loved this world so much (John 3:16) that He sent His only begotten son to die for us on the cross. The most painful and cruelest death known. To save us. The wretched human beings who have sinned, slapped Him in the face, and condemned our Savior to death. But He loved us SO much that He died on the cross and rose again! We can have L.I.F.E. in Him! God tore the veil of the temple in two, we are no longer separated from Him. We can spend eternity with Him. God has promised to never leave us. (Heb. 13:5). He gives us peace (John 14:27), such beautiful and steadfast peace. And He has given us weapons to fight against our enemy, the devil (Luke 10:19).  He hears us when we cry and gives us healing (Isaiah 53:5)
So let me ask us all this question? Hasn't God proven Himself trustworthy?
The Bible is full of stories of His faithfulness and that He'll always come through!
Why don't we trust? Why do we doubt? Why do we spend a moment doing this?
When we go through anything He's THERE.  But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art Mine.
When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour
Isaiah 43:1-3
That is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G y'all!!
Think about it: We are these human beings who have sinned and God says, "I want to call you my Children!" Jesus Calls us His children!! We are the children of the King of all kings!! We are His! That makes us royalty! Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God. 1 John 3:1
He takes unworthy people, and calls them worthy. Love. And so, so very cherished. What Love.

Let's all pray for God's strength to trust in Him! Let's ask God to create a trust in our hearts in Him for every situation. He is our Strength, therefore with His unfailing strength we can trust (Psalm 27:1)!  Let's pray for a trust that isn't moved, we can have this by God's mercy! For the king trusteth in the Lord, and through the mercy of the Most High he shall not be moved. Psalm 21:7. He has never failed. He won't start now!

And He has calls us His friends. And wants us to be His best friend... (Psalm 62:8) and (John 15:15)

Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls? And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit? If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest?... But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you. Luke 12: 24-26, 31.
Jesus says if were not able to do this little thing why would be worry about the bigger things? He says to seek God and all these things would be added unto us! T.R.U.S.T. Even when it's hard.

What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. Psalm 56:3

Cause me to hear Thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in Thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto Thee. Psalm 143:8

Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is.
For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
Jeremiah 17:7-8

Be thou exalted, Lord, in thine own strength: so will we sing and praise thy power. Psalm 21:13

But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.
I will sing unto the Lord, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.
Psalm 13: 5-6

Do not Waste Away

You know how it is when something lays outside, without anything done to it, it eventually gets older and older, more ruined and more ruined, and then... eventually it's gone.

Sometimes, I think we're like that.

We don't do the things God wants us to do, we live in apathy, and then eventually our lives are over and what have we accomplished?  Did we do the things God called us to? Did we shine as lights in this dark world?

I'm very guilty of not doing all these things I should. I'm not good with writing all the articles God lays on my heart or doing all the things God lays on my heart.

How sad is that.

But this is a sad way to live my friends. A sad way.
Do we want to get at the end of our life and look back and realized we only lived for self, we only did half of what God wanted?

No, let's do all God wants of us. Let's learn to listen to His voice.

I want to bloom for Christ, not rot away.

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

You Can Overcome!

A lot of ya'll might not know this but I've struggled with OCD a lot. And I know some of you may be like "Big Deal" but it is a big deal but not too big For my God!

I don't think people people should treat OCD so lightly because it can be really, really, really tormenting!

OCD made so many things difficult for me, like reading. Reading can be hard, like your concerned your not getting it or you are afraid your not concentrating so you read the same thing over and over!

But through God I am overcoming and have come a long way! Praise His Name!!! Glory to God!! Hallelujah!!!

My particular testimony tonight has to do with school! School was hard manly becasue of the reading! But God has been working with me in reading I can read pretty normal now!

Today I started back school and God just showed up!! Praise Him!! It was so much easier to read and I was able to read more! Before I read so little because of how difficult it was! But GOD had delivered and He will continue to because He is Great and Mighty no power of OCD can overcome the Power of my God!!

So if your struggling with OCD or any bondage, GOD IS GREATER!!! And you tell the devil that. You speak to those lies and cover them in God's truths. You tell the devil, "Your lies is this...." and say "but God's wonderful, amazing truth is.... and that He is Truth and Life and through Him I am an overcomer!"You quote scriptures at him like 2 Cor. 10:5, Gal. 5:1, 2 Tim. 1:7, Psalm 139:1-6 KJV! You can overcome because God has given you the power! Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Luke 10:19. KJV

Jesus took all the pain and torment you could ever feel and nailed it to the cross and through His sacrifice you can be free!!!
Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; Colossians 2:14.... All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:6 KJV. Choose to accept His Sacrifice! Accept the Freedom found only in Christ!

Rebuke the devil and stand against Him, telling him to take HIS OCD and keep it. Stand against him by the power of the Holy Ghost! Claim your right as a Child of God.The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. Romans 8:16-17 .And as a Child of God, the devil doesn't have one right to touch you!

So today I stand free, because of my God! And It's amazing!!! Glory to His Name!!!

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

Galatians. 5:1 KJV

JOY:

Joy. I really think that joy is something God has been trying to teach me lately. I would read about joy in the Bible and now I'm reading about being happy in a Christian book. And it's something I really need to work
on.

The Bible says in Nehemiah 8:10 KJV, ...for the joy of the Lord is your strength...Even if everything around us is unpleasant and out of order we have the Lord living in us and He is our strength! Hallelujah!

I've recently started reading Sadie Robertson's book "Live Original"-which by the way is really great and such a blessing and encouragement. And I'm only in the first chapter.😊😊😊-and in the chapter entitled "Think Happy, Be Happy", she talks about, of course, being happy.😉😉😊😊 She talks about choosing happiness and about thinking happy things. And how what you think will become your actions.

So my friends, this is my challenge for us all today. Let's choose Joy. Yes, things are going to go wrong. Yes, things are going to get us upset. But let's call the devils bluff and choose to be joyful.

You may have a certain thing that you have to do that makes you get stressed and very snappy. For instance, when I clean and do a lot of chores I have the tendency to get stressed out, snappy, and very-very-very-overwhelmed. But instead of me being so grumpy about all these chores, I can be grateful I have the ability to do them. Lot's of people have handicaps and can't do chores, I'm a perfectly healthy teenage girl-Praise God-and am PERFECTLY able to do these chores. Maybe you have a similar something in your life that makes you get frustrated and all upset. You could choose to be joyful and look on the bright side of it!

And something else Sadie says, and a lot of people, is that stuff and people won't fulfill us or make us happy. Only Jesus can.

So let's choose to rest in the Joy of Jesus! And that's TRUE Joy!

We have a Savior living on the inside of us!! A Savior who loves us and died for us! A Savior that's always there for us and will help us get through anything! A Savior that Gives us true peace!  We have a God that created the whole universe yet loves us and calls us His Children! And all that is something to be joyful about even when there's a whirlwind in our lives.

And if you don't have Jesus as your Savior, ask Him into your heart! Accept Him as your Lord and Savior! Knowing He loves YOU so very much and died for YOU! God sent His only Son, Jesus, to die for YOU so YOU could be forgiven and live a rich and abundant life in Jesus Christ! He loves YOU and wants YOU!

Wow ya'll!! We do have so much to be joyful about! So let's choose joy! Let's strive in every situation to be joyful.

Remember: "The joy of the Lord is your strength" and that my friend, is Amazing!!

The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.

Psalm 28:7 KJV

You are Priceless

I hope you know today that each of you are priceless and so loved by our Father in heaven!
Love is something a lot of us want, maybe even crave. We put our happiness in it.
But ladies and gentlemen here's my message for you today. A man or a woman, isn't not going to fulfill you. If you think that your heading for a huge disappointment. You can only be fulfilled in Jesus Christ. Fight against the thoughts that tell you that someone else will fulfill you.
Some of you may have been waiting a long time for that special someone in your life. You may have been waiting so long that someone comes a long and you settle with that someone. That person may not be the person you need or the person God has for you but you are so desperate that you settle. You settle, you settle that he or she doesn't threat you right. He or she is selfish. He or she doesn't have the relationship with God they should. You settle that you make all the sacrifices. You just settle. And you may not even see that you are settling. Maybe you have forgotten those character traits that used to be so important to you.
But here's my message to ya'll. Don't settle. Don't settle and be with someone who doesn't threat you like the special person you are. Don't settle for someone who doesn't cherish that precious gift that they have.
You pray for spouse that loves God with all His heart, you pray for a spouse that seeks God. You pray a spouse that desire to seek God more. You pray for a spouse that will love you unconditionally.
And one day, when you keep waiting and praying-even when it's hard, God will bring the right person into your life and you'll be so, so very glad you didn't settle.

Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? Yet not one of them has [ever] been forgotten in the presence of God. Indeed the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not be afraid; you are far more valuable than many sparrows.

JESUS IS ALIVE!!!!!!!!

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

2 Corinthians 5:21 (KJV)

And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.

Isiah 53:9 (KJV)

Jesus Christ had no sin. He was sinless. Yet He died a sinners death. He died a death that was so low and tormenting. A death that was fit for no man. Yet He did if for us! For you and me!! He was completely sinless, yet he died as if He was the worst sinner of all.

Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many [paying the price to set them free from the penalty of sin].

Matthew 20:28 (KJV)

Jesus Christ came to serve us, the son of God came to serve us! And to give us His life for a ransom for our sins!! HALLELUJAH!!!!!

He riseth from supper, and laid aside his garments; and took a towel, and girded himself... After that he poureth water into a bason, and began to wash the disciples' feet, and to wipe them with the towel wherewith he was girded.
John 13: 4-5 (KJV)

He was so near death, yet he washed his disciples feet. He washed their feet so they could be apart of Him! Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me. John 13:8 (KJV)

And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body...And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;...For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
Matthew 26:26-28 (KJV)
He took communion with His disciples! And told us to do this in remembrance of Him! To remember His sacrifice!
And while he yet spake, behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss him...But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss?..When they which were about him saw what would follow, they said unto him, Lord, shall we smite with the sword?...And one of them smote the servant of the high priest, and cut off his right ear...And Jesus answered and said, Suffer ye thus far. And he touched his ear, and healed him.
Luke 22:47-51 (KJV)

Even when they came to arrest Him He still healed them!! Still showed love and compassion!! "Praise God!!"

And they that had laid hold on Jesus led him away to Caiaphas the high priest, where the scribes and the elders were assembled... But Peter followed him afar off unto the high priest's palace, and went in, and sat with the servants, to see the end... Now the chief priests, and elders, and all the council, sought false witness against Jesus, to put him to death;... But found none: yea, though many false witnesses came, yet found they none. At the last came two false witnesses,... And said, This fellow said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days...And the high priest arose, and said unto him, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee?...But Jesus held his peace, And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God... Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven... Then the high priest rent his clothes, saying, He hath spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses? behold, now ye have heard his blasphemy... What think ye? They answered and said, He is guilty of death... Then did they spit in his face, and buffeted him; and others smote him with the palms of their hands,... Saying, Prophesy unto us, thou Christ, Who is he that smote thee?
Matthew 26: 57-68 (KJV)
He endured mockery, shame, and torment. For us.

And Jesus stood before the governor: and the governor asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And Jesus said unto him, Thou sayest... And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing... Then said Pilate unto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee?... And he answered him to never a word; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly... Now at that feast the governor was wont to release unto the people a prisoner, whom they would... And they had then a notable prisoner, called Barabbas...Therefore when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ?...For he knew that for envy they had delivered him... When he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him...But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask Barabbas, and destroy Jesus...The governor answered and said unto them, Whether of the twain will ye that I release unto you? They said, Barabbas...Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified...And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified...When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it...Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children...Then released he Barabbas unto them: and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified...Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the common hall, and gathered unto him the whole band of soldiers... And they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe...And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews!... And they spit upon him, and took the reed, and smote him on the head... And after that they had mocked him, they took the robe off from him, and put his own raiment on him, and led him away to crucify him.
Matthew 27:11-31 (KJV)

He was betrayed by us. The very people he had came to save. The people that he had heals, loves, and ministers to, commended Him to death.
He was mocked, and tortured by the solders. A crown of thorns was planted in His head, for us, so we could have soundness of mind! He endured all this for us!! Ya'll this is such deep love!!!

And as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name: him they compelled to bear his cross... And when they were come unto a place called Golgotha, that is to say, a place of a skull,...They gave him vinegar to drink mingled with gall: and when he had tasted thereof, he would not drink... And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots... And sitting down they watched him there... And set up over his head his accusation written, This Is Jesus The King Of The Jews... Then were there two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand, and another on the left... And they that passed by reviled him, wagging their heads,... And saying, Thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross...Likewise also the chief priests mocking him, with the scribes and elders, said,..He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him...He trusted in God; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, I am the Son of God...The thieves also, which were crucified with him, cast the same in his teeth.
Matthew 27: 32:44 (KJV)
He was crucified! Between two common thieves!! And when one believed on Him He gave him eternal life! Likes He offers us all!
And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us...But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation?...And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss...And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom... And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.
Luke 23: 39-43 (KJV)
He died for us!! For us! He was made a mockery of. People mocked Him and told Him if He was the Son Of God to come down from the cross. They didn't realize that He was on that cross to SAVE THEM! To Save US!!

Now from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour... And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?... Some of them that stood there, when they heard that, said, This man calleth for Elias... And straightway one of them ran, and took a spunge, and filled it with vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink...The rest said, Let be, let us see whether Elias will come to save him...Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost...And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;...And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,...And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many...Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God.
Matthew 27:45-54 (KJV)

Jesus died for us! He died a horrible death for you and for me! He died so we could be forgiven. Free from fear and bondage. He did all this for you and me! This is SO HUMBLING! God sent His only son to die for us, to purchase us with His precious blood. He loved us THAT MUCH!! The God of the universe cares that much about us! He wanted us not to be separated from Him, He wanted us to be forgiven and live a free life!!! Hallelujah for the cross!!!!

In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre...And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it...His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow:.. And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men... And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified... He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay...And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you... And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word... And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him... Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me... Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done... And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers,... Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept... And if this come to the governor's ears, we will persuade him, and secure you... So they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day... Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them... And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted... And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth... Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:..Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
