"Let Us Go Over Unto The Other Side Of The Lake"

Now it came to pass on a certain day, that He went into a ship with His disciples: and He said unto them, Let us go over unto the other side of the lake. And they launched forth.

Luke 8:22 (KJV)

Sometimes, probably often, in our own lives we need to cross over to the other side of the lake. We might be on the bad side, the side where evil thoughts dwell. The side where unforgiveness lives in us. The side where hate and anger are in us. The side where we are not spending time with God and letting Him strengthen our lives.  

It may be time for US to go over to the other side of the lake. It's time for us to look to God and take a hold of His strength. It's time for us to use the weapons God had given us and fight against torment the devil throws at us. It's time for us to move forward from where we are at, and go over unto newness. 

Ask God to help you forgive. Quote scriptures at the devil when he tires to torment you. Rebuke him. 

 Read your Bible daily and other Christian books to grow spiritually and know the ways of God. Read His Word and draw peace and comfort from It. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27 (KJV)

Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

Psalm 62:8(KJV)

I'ts time for us to move on pass the pain and regret. It's time for us to take up our weapons (The Word of God, Prayer) and fight the devil, and move pass the torment he wants us to live in and into the blessings, peace, and victory God wants us to live in! It's time to grow spiritually in God!

Friends: Together let's move from the runts we're at in life, let's move to the other side of the lake into God's victorious life He had for us!

Yesterday was quite the day, It was difficult at times, I cried, but at the end of the day I was in awe of how amazing it was!

I started the printing process of my book yesterday. I was met with many challenges (And I didn't handle them all the best😑😑, I need to work on that). First the computer I had to use wouldn't turn on, but we fixed that when we found the cord we had to plug in for it to work, LOL! Then ink spilled all on the floor. And then I couldn't find the plug to the printer so It wouldn't work. So my momma let me use the other printer and I started that, but then the printing all messed up. And I didn't have the ink to start over. I finally walked out of the house crying. I went to our field and prayed. I had finished this book in January and I had been waiting a long time to share it. But God spoke to me, He showed me that He didn't have me write this book just to have it stay on the computer as a document! I went back in the house. And later, after a lot of setbacks I had my first copy of my book! We were able to fix the ink problem. And today I have 2 copies of my book (Even today there was setbacks but God showed up and I'm so THRILLED and THANKFUL!!)  and my sister is going to help me bind them together! "Thanks Chloe for all your help! You totally deserve those Lucy's I going to watch with you!" And thanks to Samuel, Shalom, Momma, and Grace too!! You were a great help and encouragement!!

A lot of people helped and encouraged me, yesterday, and throughout the book process, and thanks to all you!!

At the end of the day I was so happy and thrilled at what God had done! He had helped me and just lifted my spirits, even before the mess started He just spoke to my heart and made me so happy and victorious)! "He is SO GOOD!!! Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! Psalm 107:31 (KJV)

God has just been SO GOOD to me in the entire writing/editing process of the book, in some ways I'm sure I didn't even know! He helped me write when it was so, so difficult and He gave me inspiration again!! And He's showed me how to give Him thanks for Him being the number ONE author of my book!! He's just been so good and together we wrote the best book I ever have!!! 

So partner with Jesus and you'll have this amazing feeling too!! Because I'm so happy that I can hold my book now!!! I GIVE GOD ALL THE GLORY!!!

Amy stood from the couch and walked over to the window. The city light glowed into the room. Amy looked up to the sky; some might say that you couldn’t see the stars with all the lights. But Amy could see them. She could feel their beauty and light gleaming down on her face. All evidence that Jesus cared for her and no matter how alone and afraid she felt, He was there. Holding her hand. More than the gun that was on her side, Jesus was keeping her safe.

 Amy smiled at the reassurance in her heart.

 She felt such emotion as she looked up at the bright sky. God had surely brought her a long way. God was making her hidden dream come out and come true. God was surely molding something beautiful out of her crazy mess.
